The front disc brake is an important part of the scooter’s braking system. It consists of a brake disc (rotor), brake caliper, brake pads, front wheel, tyre, and suspension fork. When the rider applies the brake, the brake pads press against the rotating disc and create friction. This friction reduces the speed of the wheel and eventually stops the scooter. The handlebar control switch is located on the left side of the handlebar and allows the rider to operate different electrical functions easily. It contains controls for the headlight high beam and low beam, passing light, turn indicators, and horn. The passing switch is used to briefly flash the headlight to alert or signal other road users. Since all these switches are positioned close to the rider’s hand, they can be operated conveniently without removing the hand from the handlebar.
